The Terms and Conditions of Sell Your Vehicle to My Car Wreckers Melbourne
- You are or were the registered owner of the vehicle you are selling to us. You will provide us with proof of ownership and photo ID which include a driver’s license and old or current registration papers.
- If you are not the current registered owner of the car, you must have the authorization of its owner in order to sell it to us on their behalf. This may include a letter of authorization which include the owner’s full name, address, signature and a copy of their license.
- You are fully aware that the vehicle is clear of all titles such as stolen or related offences.
- Our Car Removals team (tow truck drivers) are required by company policy to take a photo of your driver’s license or other photo ID. All information is fully secured confidentially and used only for company record.
- For vehicles sold to us, there is no return policy, and will neither be returned or credited. There are no refunds for vehicles sold to us.
- We are not responsible for the loss of any remaining personal items in your car after it is sold and removed by us.
- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation without letting us know will mean a cancellation fee.
- Quotes given for vehicles before arrival are generally an estimate and may change after arrival if we deem necessary after inspecting your vehicle. A definite price will be given after our team arrives.
